Welcome, I’m Emma
I know there is so much more available than the sterile and dismissive ‘care’ most women endure.
I came to this work like many do, searching for answers on my own healing journey from painful menstruation, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, fatigue, chronic pelvic pain, recurrent thrush, sexual challenges, SAD…and discovered that beyond simply healing the symptoms, it was possible to live a life so much more alive and vibrant than I had ever thought.
Reclaiming the innate feminine wisdom of my body, my cycles, fertility, pleasure and pain, to be rooted, real, and in deep relationship. To taste more of the potential of the health and vitality possible living in this physical body.
This work has touched every layer of my being, physical, emotional, spiritual, and continues to shape me more into my alignment in every sense of the word.
Now, I am committed to sharing this hands on care with others, working with compassion, curiosity, skill, and integrity, creating space for the body to re-organize, the nervous system to regulate, and vitality to return.
Hands on Care in Pembrokeshire, Wales
I am based near Glandwr in Pembrokeshire, offering sessions from my custom built off-grid treatment space, cosy and calm with a crackling fire in the wood burning stove, and local spring water to offer you after your session.

“Receiving womb continuum care from Emma was a truly beautiful experience. I felt so held and seen in her presence & touch that my tissue melted right into her hands. It allowed me to release stored tension in my pelvis that I didn’t have access until working with Emma.
I recently went through a miscarriage and at one point during the session (internal work) it even felt like I was having labour contractions again! It was wild to feel my body not only releasing numbness and tensions but also layers of stored memories & emotions I hadn’t had the capacity to fully process yet. This experiences created so much softness, openness and spaciousness in my womb. Her touch supported me in really surrendering to what still needed to be transformed and integrated from my pregnancy loss both physically & spiritually. I now feel so ready to become pregnant again.
